A leading real estate expert, Paul has
more than 20 years of experience in the
development industry. He has long been
considered a trusted resource to
landowners, research specialists,
appraisers and financial underwriters, as
well as his client network of land
developers and homebuilders. Paul recently completed an impressive 12-
year career at the land brokerage firm of O'Donnell/Atkins, primarily
representing property owners in the sale of master planned communities in
the Inland Empire. As the recognized 2006 "Top Producer," he led his team
in completing the sale of 30,000+ residential lots with total consideration
amounts exceeding $1 billion.
As a thirty year veteran of the real estate development and consulting business, Mr. Gahan has
been intimately involved in all facets of the development business with an emphasis on Project
Management, managing the development process from acquisition and discretionary approvals,
through build out and sales. Jerry has worked with some of California's leading developers and
builders, including California Pacific Homes, Sares Regis/Lewis Companies Joint Venture,
Community Southwest, SunCal Companies and Daon Corporation. Other clients have included
California Bank & Trust, Bank of America, First Nationwide Bank and Canadian Commercial
Bank. Prior to joining Strategic Land Advisors in 2009, Jerry managed the development and
leasing efforts for 100,000 square feet of new office space in the inland empire.
