Orchard Park (Loma Linda, County of San Bernardino) — 94 Acres of an Approved Specific Plan that was Subsequently Overturned by Voter Initiative. Location — South of Interstate 10 at the northeast corner of Redlands Blvd and California St. within the City of Loma Linda. Description — The Specific Plan/EIR was approved in Sept. '05, which was then made subject to a referendum petition and was later repealed in Nov. '08. The project will need a new GPA & Specific Plan/EIR that will comply with Measure V, which was approved in Nov. '06. |
